No matter how friendly and welcoming a church is, visiting any church for the first time can be a little intimidating. We hope this page of our website can help answer some of the questions you might have.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Mat-Su Cinema in Wasilla, Alaska at 2430 E. Parks Highway. We are directly across the highway from Lowes.
What time do the services start?
Our Sunday Morning service starts at 10:30. We also have home group Bible studies that meet at different times during the week. Please feel free to contact us for more information on our small groups.
Do I have to pay anything to attend?
No. Our members and regular attenders freely give to support our ministries.
What's the teaching like?
We teach lessons for life change. We want to do that in a way that is interesting, engaging, and relevant to daily life. If you attend one of our services, you will hear the truth of God's Word presented passionately, clearly, and lovingly in ways that will make sense to you.
Do you have childcare?
Yes we do, and your kids will love it. Our programs are designed for babies through 5th grade with fun hands-on Bible lessons and activities. Our goal is to help your kids learn about God's Word in a safe and fun atmosphere.

Occasionally, for special events, we do have the children join us in the main worship service. This gives the parents a chance to worship with their children and it also helps the children learn what goes on in "Big Church".

We also provide a nursery for infants through pre-school. Our children's ministry leaders are parents just like you, and they treat every child with the utmost care and attention.
What kind of music do you sing?
This is a very common question. Our music style is contemporary in nature with the purpose of bringing glory to God as well as support and encouragement to the worshipper.
Do I have to dress up?
To put it simply, no. We encourage our guests to dress comfortably. We don't burden people unnecessarily by requiring them to wear special clothes they don't normally wear just to go to church. We want everyone to come, be comfortable, and enjoy learning about God.
Will I have to stand up in front of people?
Some churches call on their visitors to stand up and introduce themselves during the service. We are genuinely interested in getting to know you and making you feel welcome, however, we will never call on you or embarrass you. We want you to relax and enjoy meeting people at your own pace.
How long do the services last?
Our services start at 10:30 and usually last about an hour.
